The General Duty Assistant (GDA) is responsible for assisting nurses and doctors in providing quality patient care, maintaining cleanliness, supporting patient mobility, and ensuring a safe and comfortable hospital workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Support Doctor during patient care and routine procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, beds, and medical equipment.
Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff.
Follow infection control, biomedical waste management, and hospital safety protocols.
Assist in preparing beds and maintaining ward supplies.
Required Skills
