To manage and control the overall wood factory production operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality, productivity, cost efficiency and effective utilization of manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule and monitor daily and monthly production activities as per project requirements.
Ensure production targets, delivery schedules and quality standards are achieved.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Purchase, Projects and Stores for smooth production flow.
Allocate manpower and optimize utilization of machines, materials and resources.
Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, cutting lists, specifications and quality standards.
Supervise and guide Foremen, Chargehands and production workers.
Monitor material consumption, wastage and production costs.
Ensure proper maintenance and protected operation of machinery and equipment.
Maintain production records,



MIS and daily/weekly production reports.
Identify productivity gaps and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
Experience: 5–10 years in furniture/interior manufacturing or similar production environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
