We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various IT positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Skills
1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets (React Native, React js, Node js, PM, QA, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in candidate screening and interview coordination.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals,



and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
