Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and provide timely and qualified assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through chat.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
Follow standard customer service procedures and communication guidelines.
Maintain accuracy while handling multiple customer conversations.
Record and update customer information as required.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in a chat-based customer support process.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (in-hand)

Working Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
