About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Product Demo & Sales Executive to join our team.

The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, conducting online or in-person product demonstrations, and converting qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
Schedule and conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
Present our software professionally and explain its benefits.
Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Travel for customer meetings and demonstrations when required.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, software sales, SaaS sales, or a similar role.




Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident in interacting with customers and business owners.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web/mobile applications.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain software clearly.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
Willingness to travel when required.
Preferred
Experience in B2B sales or software/SaaS sales.
Experience conducting product demonstrations.
Experience in lead follow-up and conversion.
Candidates with experience in selling technology products or business software will be preferred.
