Key Responsibilities
Communicate with international customers through email and other approved channels.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, samples and product requirements.
Coordinate customer sample development and dispatch.
Follow up with Production, Quality, Design, Purchase and Packaging teams.
Maintain customer, sample and order records.
Track pending requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate packaging, labeling and other customer-specific requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and update company systems/CRM.

Requirements
Valuable written and spoken English.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Export/merchandising experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
