Job Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
Develop concept designs, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building bylaws, development regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with liaison and approval teams for building plan approvals and statutory submissions.
Review drawings and ensure accuracy and timely completion of design deliverables.
Coordinate with project and construction teams to resolve design-related issues at site.
Review shop drawings, material selections, and architectural details.
Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings and design intent.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Assist in value engineering and optimization of design without compromising quality.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and design documents.




Ensure projects are delivered as per approved design, quality standards, and timelines.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
5–10 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects with reputed developer.
Valuable knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, building codes, and development regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
Experience in coordinating with consultants and project teams.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
Experience with large-scale residential/commercial projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
