We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Travel Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess valuable communication skills, and be confident in sales and customer interaction. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages
Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Provide information on destinations, itineraries, flights, hotels, and visa requirements
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers when required
Maintain accurate booking and customer records
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and customer handling abilities
Passion for travel and tourism industry
Basic computer knowledge required
Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred
