Vashishti is a growing food brand offering premium products such as A2 Ghee, raw honey, infused honey, jams, spreads, pickles, nuts, and other food products we supply to B2B and B2C.

Position:

We are looking for a agile and responsible Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing and operations at our food processing unit in Umbergaon, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the food manufacturing industry and be capable of managing production, quality, manpower, and operational efficiency.

Preference will be given to candidates from Umbergaon or nearby areas for ease of operations and long-term association.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily plant operations and production activities
Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing processes and timely production output
Supervise workers, machine operators, and plant staff
Maintain quality standards, hygiene, and food safety protocols
Coordinate inventory of raw materials and packaging materials
Monitor production planning, wastage control, and efficiency
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment




Follow compliance related to food manufacturing and safety regulations
Coordinate with management regarding production targets and operational updates
Handle basic documentation, stock records, and reporting

Candidate Requirements
Maximum 4 years of experience in food manufacturing / FMCG / processing industry
Experience in products such as honey, jams, pickles, spreads, dairy, or similar food products preferred
Basic understanding of plant operations, production planning, and quality control
Positive leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle operational responsibilities independently
Diploma / Graduate in Food Technology, Production, Operations, or related field preferred
Candidates from Gujarat or nearby regions will be preferred

Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
