Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
Build relationships with builders, developers, industries, corporate clients, and government organizations.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage the company's social media platforms and website content.
Create marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and company profiles.
Coordinate client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify and track government tenders and private business prospects.
Manage CRM and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development (AEC industry preferred).
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a robust learning attitude may also apply.
