We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to generate qualified leads and build recent business opportunities for our digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, client communication, proposal creation, follow-ups and sales pipeline management, preferably within a digital marketing or IT services company.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email, freelancing platforms and other channels.
Identify and connect with decision-makers in target companies.
Research potential clients and new business prospects.
Conduct outreach and follow-ups with prospects.
Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, timeline and business fit.
Schedule and participate in discovery calls.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and project scope.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline.
Negotiate with prospects and support deal closures.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.




Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Lead Generation.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency or IT services company preferred.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, Upwork and cold email prospecting.
Valuable understanding of SEO, paid media, social media and website development services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
Experience with proposals, follow-ups and sales pipelines.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Experience dealing with international clients will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹59,061.00 per month
