Vacancy: Fresher Site Supervisor (Civil)

Location: Kannur District, Kerala Company: Oxion Builders

Oxion Builders is a growing construction company specializing in quality residential and commercial construction. We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering fresher who is eager to learn, has basic drawing skills, and is willing to travel across project sites in Kannur district.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision
Assist in supervising daily construction activities.
Monitor work quality, safety, and site progress under senior engineers.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors.
Prepare daily site progress updates and site documentation.

Site Visits
Visit ongoing and upcoming project sites across Kannur district.
Take site measurements and maintain accurate records.
Report site observations and assist in resolving site issues.

Drawing & Documentation
Read and interpret 2D construction drawings.
Prepare basic drawings and revisions using AutoCAD (preferred).




Maintain project files, BOQs, quotations, and technical documents.

Material Coordination
Assist in preparing material requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.
Maintain purchase and inventory records.

Client & Team Coordination
Attend client meetings with the project team.
Communicate project updates professionally.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and office staff.

Eligibility
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings
Valuable communication and organizational skills
Valid driving license (preferred)
Must be willing to travel within Kannur District

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
