About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Pattern Master with solid expertise in women’s western and Indo-western wear. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern development, fitting, and sampling.

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate patterns for ladies’ western wear, including:
Co-ord sets
Dresses
Gowns
Tops and bottoms
Skirts
Indo-western outfits
Fashion-forward and designer pieces
Convert designer sketches, references, and measurements into production-ready patterns.
Create and develop first patterns, samples, and size sets.
Ensure proper garment fit, measurements, proportions, and finishing.
Make pattern corrections based on fitting trials and sample feedback.
Prepare patterns for different fabrics, silhouettes, and construction techniques.
Develop patterns keeping in mind fabric consumption, production feasibility, and ease of stitching.
Maintain proper records of patterns, measurements,



grading, and alterations.
Handle pattern grading for different sizes as required.
Identify and resolve fitting and construction issues during the sampling and production process.
Ensure patterns are suitable for bulk production and maintain consistency across styles.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of women’s garment pattern making and construction.
Excellent understanding of western and Indo-western silhouettes.
Solid knowledge of garment fitting, measurements, darts, drapes, panels, gathers, pleats, collars, sleeves, necklines, etc.
Ability to understand and execute designer concepts and reference images.
Valuable knowledge of different fabrics and how they behave during cutting and stitching.
Ability to work independently and meet sampling deadlines.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in women’s fashion, boutique, designer wear, D2C fashion brands or export houses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
