Job Responsibilities
Generate sales leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
Assist customers in understanding products, pricing, and available services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent sales support.
Build and maintain solid relationships with recent and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Conduct regular market research to identify current business opportunities.
Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving business growth.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and customer handling skills.
Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and sales reporting.
