About the Role

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, quantity verification, BOQ preparation, subcontractor bills, and coordination with project and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.
Prepare BOQ, RA Bills, Measurement Sheets, and Quantity Statements.
Verify quantities against drawings, BOQ, work orders, and site measurements.
Coordinate with Project, QS, Purchase, and Accounts teams for billing requirements.
Track work progress and maintain billing records.
Prepare variation statements, extra item bills, and reconciliation statements.
Check subcontractor bills and supporting documents before processing.
Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for approvals.
Maintain proper documentation of project billing and commercial records.
Assist in cost control and quantity reconciliation.

Requirements




Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
2–6 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, RA billing, and subcontractor billing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Candidates should be willing to work at project sites and travel as required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in office interiors, corporate fit-outs, retail, showroom, hospitality, or commercial interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,642.33 - ₹58,158.35 per month
