We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Back Office Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining records, and supporting back office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and update data in the system
Coordinate with the sales and back office team
Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
