Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT sales and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities and driving sales for Website Development, Digital Marketing, and Mobile Application Development services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, and other channels.
Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct client calls, understand requirements, and present suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.




Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
Solid B2B lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
Good understanding of Website Development, Digital Marketing, and Mobile App Development services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to convert leads and close IT service deals.
Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
