Greet and assist patients and visitors in a skilled and courteous manner.
Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Manage billing, receipt generation, and payment collection.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow organizational policies.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
