Qualification:
12th Pass / Any Graduate

Languages Required:
Any one regional language (Tamil,English, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi)
Basic English communication is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
Record call details accurately in the system.
Follow company policies and quality standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.

Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in any one language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team.
