Job description:
Responsible for Suspecting, Prospecting of Client in detail and Report generation.
Understanding the prospective client needs.
Creating and Designing Strategy for prospective client.
Approaching the clients, Interaction & Relationship.
Presentation to Prospective client.
Query / Objection handling.
Responsible for Negotiations, Follow-ups and Client Closure.
Managing the entire sales cycle.
Sales Cycle Plan for Sale target achievement.
Responsible for making Sales Strategies and implementing the same.
Working on building the sales funnel.
Leading the Sales lead generation team.
Working on sale expansion by creating expansion strategies.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.




Build long-term relationships with recent and existing customers.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Defining and sales targets for department with management and Assigning sales targets to team members.
Defining and running the work process strategy.
Traveling for meetings for Client Projects.

Experience:
Business development: 3 to 4 years (Preferred)
