We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Immigration team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining immigration services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining robust relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain little bit about study visa, work permit, tourist visa, PR, and other immigration services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address client queries professionally.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in tele calling, sales, or immigration is must.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
