Job Description:
We are looking for experienced CNC Programmer / Setters and Grinding Setters to support our manufacturing operations. Candidates should have good knowledge of machine setting, production processes, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Set and operate CNC and grinding machines as per production requirements.
Prepare and modify CNC programs where required.
Perform tool setting, offset setting, and machine parameter adjustments.
Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish.
Monitor production and maintain consistent quality.
Troubleshoot machining and setting-related issues.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
Maintain proper production and machine records.
Requirements:
5–6 years of relevant experience in CNC programming/setting or grinding setting.
Any Degree qualification.
Valuable knowledge of machining and grinding processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality requirements.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹12,328.13 - ₹40,698.17 per month
