IIHM Hyderabad is looking for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Service Faculty to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training to hospitality students.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical classes in Food & Beverage Service.
Train students in restaurant service, banquet operations, bar service, beverages and guest service.
Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments and examinations.
Mentor students in qualified grooming, communication and hospitality skills.
Prepare students for internships, placements, competitions and industry opportunities.
Participate in institutional events,
academic activities and industry engagement.
Eligibility & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry and/or teaching experience in Food & Beverage Service.
Solid practical knowledge, communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring and developing future hospitality professionals.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in reputed hotels, restaurants or hospitality education institutions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
