We are looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance campaigns, analyzing data, and driving ROI-focused growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategize, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.
Plan and execute high-performing campaigns for the US market to maximize ROI/ROAS and generate quality leads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROI
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics
Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders




Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:
1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta Ad campaigns/performance marketing /paid ads.
Proven experience managing Google & Meta Ad campaigns for the US markets.
Solid understanding of campaign strategy, bidding strategies, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking

Preferred Skills
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
