Role Overview

We are seeking an end-to-end Video Creator & Editor based in Bengaluru or Mysore to drive visual branding

across our centers. You will shoot, edit, and publish engaging Reels/Shorts to educate patients, highlight

treatments, and build our medical brand.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Shoot & Direction: Plan and execute video shoots at Bengaluru and Mysore centers. Direct

doctors to present naturally on camera.

Editing & Dynamic Subtitles: Cut vertical videos, add engaging Kannada and English subtitles,

incorporate transparent graphics, overlay sound design, and format for social platforms.

Direct Social Publishing: Upload completed videos directly to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

with SEO captions, local hashtags, and CTAs.

Travel Planning:



Travel periodically between Bengaluru and Mysore for scheduled batch shoots to

optimize production efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken audio clarity and written subtitling skills).

Must own video gear: Either a high-end smartphone camera (iPhone 13+ / flagship Android) OR a

qualified camera setup (mirrorless/DSLR), along with wireless lapel microphones.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, FCP, or CapCut desktop with short-form algorithm expertise.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
