Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, smoothies, and other café beverages as per standard recipes.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and effective service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, equipment, and workstations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock or required items.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the café.
Maintain proper presentation of the café, counters, displays, and service areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve minor service issues professionally.
Assist other team members whenever required to ensure smooth café operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Café Manager or Supervisor.
