Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and direct communication.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Achieve assigned customer retention, follow-up, and sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
