Manage end-to-end execution of international air export shipments, primarily handling overseas client (nomination) shipments.
Coordinate with IATA airlines to obtain booking schedules and shipment confirmations.
Liaise with shippers, Customs House Agents (CHA), transporters, and airlines to ensure timely and seamless shipment execution.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices related to export shipments. Book the Invoices and close the file.
Successfully manage a monthly volume of air export shipments while maintaining operational accuracy and on-time performance.
Monitor shipment tracking status, resolve operational issues proactively, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
