Previous experience as a Cook / Commis / Kitchen Staff is preferred.
Experience in preparing healthy Indian food or tiffin/meal services will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Ability to follow recipes and standardized measurements.
Valuable understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Ability to manage multiple food preparations within deadlines.
Should be punctual, reliable and disciplined.
Should be comfortable working in a small/start-up food business workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn current recipes and healthy cooking techniques.

Preferred Skills
Experience with school tiffin, catering, cloud kitchen or meal-preparation businesses.
Knowledge of nutritious food preparation for children.
Ability to prepare food with limited oil, balanced spices and controlled salt/sugar.
Experience with bulk food preparation and portion control.
Ability to maintain consistent quality for every batch.
