This role goes beyond L3 support, focusing on architecture, advanced troubleshooting, automation, and strategic improvements to ensure a secure, scalable, and high-performing virtual desktop ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. AVD Architecture & Ownership Own end-to-end AVD architecture and design Define best practices for: Host pools, session hosts, app groups Image strategy and scaling model
