Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Anand Paints , Govindpura,BHopal

Salary: 12,000–15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front office, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge. Receptionists are typically responsible for greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, answering calls, scheduling meetings, and handling office correspondence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception desk and maintain a clean and organized front office.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and documents.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.




Coordinate with different departments for visitor requirements and administrative support.
Maintain office records, files, and stationery inventory.
Respond to emails and basic customer inquiries.
Perform data entry and prepare basic reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Support HR and Administration with day-to-day office activities when required.

Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, or Administration preferred.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
