Job Description: The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that products and infrastructure are developed efficiently, by working with requestors, managers, developers, and shared service corporate departments.
Skillset: Bachelors/PG in technical area, 4+ years of experience managing and delivering projects/products in a corporate workplace, Software development experience; online B2C experience; IVR development experience; financial services experience, Solid grasp of web and software development lifecycle concepts, Experience in using APIs, SDKs, and Developer Portals. Experience with agile methodology, Solid negotiation, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills, experience working in a collaborative team environment, Proficient with MS office tools, demonstrated ability to deliver results, prioritize activities, and to manage time effectively.
