Inspect incoming raw materials, castings, forgings, and purchased components.
Perform dimensional inspection as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct in-process and final inspection of valves and valve components.
Verify material grades, heat numbers, MTCs, and relevant inspection documents.
Carry out pressure testing, leakage testing, and functional testing of valves.
Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, FIR, NCR, rejection reports, and quality records.
Identify quality issues and coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Vendors for corrective actions.
Handle vendor inspection and supplier quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.




Conduct root-cause analysis for quality problems and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Monitor and control rejection, rework, and quality deviations.
Coordinate with customers for inspection requirements and quality-related concerns.
Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Ensure proper identification and traceability of materials and components.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
