Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing.
Valuable understanding of shop-floor operations and production processes.
Basic knowledge of 5S, Quality, Safety, and productivity practices.
Supervise daily production activities and manage shop-floor manpower.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
Monitor machine, material, and manpower availability for smooth production.
Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise data.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
Identify production issues and support timely corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Monitor rejection, rework, downtime, and productivity.
Support process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce production losses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
