We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our women’s rental boutique.
The ideal candidate should have a valuable sense of fashion, enjoy interacting with customers, and be able to help clients choose the perfect outfit for weddings, parties, events and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the boutique.
Understand customers’ requirements, preferences and budgets.
Recommend suitable outfits and styling options.
Handle outfit trials, fittings and customer queries.
Explain rental prices, security deposits, rental periods and boutique policies.
Manage bookings, returns and basic customer records.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain the boutique’s display, cleanliness and overall presentation.
Coordinate with the team regarding alterations, fittings, pickups and returns.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Handle basic sales and cash/payment-related responsibilities when required.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and a professional appearance.
Confident in speaking with customers and closing sales.
Interest in fashion, styling and women’s clothing.
Basic knowledge of Instagram/WhatsApp is a plus.
Previous experience in fashion retail, boutiques, bridal stores or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be punctual, responsible and comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
