Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry to manage B2B clients and drive current business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle B2B enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and client relationships.

· Identify and acquire new customers and generate business opportunities.

· Understand packaging requirements and recommend suitable printing/material solutions.

· Coordinate with Design, Pre-press, Production, Sampling, and Dispatch teams.

· Manage orders from enquiry to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain sales reports, customer records, and track sales KPIs.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.

· Knowledge of Flexo, Digital & Offset Printing.

· Valuable understanding of packaging materials and finishing.

· Proficiency in MS Excel.

· Solid English communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

· Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
