Process Trainer
Responsibilities:
Educate, train and guide traders on market dynamics, trading strategies and risk mitigation.
Prepare monthly training modules and implement programs.
Conduct weekly/ monthly trainee performance evaluation.
Maintain weekly/ monthly trainee performance reports.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Robust understanding of Market Analysis and Price Action.
In-depth knowledge of the stock market, including risk management and high-volume risk scenarios.
Familiarity with key concepts like dividends, bonus issues, and stock splits.
Proficiency in proprietary trading strategies and platforms.
Eligibility Criteria:
Knowledge of developing Training Modules.
Strategies development in stock analyzing.
