Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Assist in onboarding process of new employees.
Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Help in posting job openings on various platforms.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
Pursuing or completed graduation in any stream (HR preferred).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.
