Maintain a clean, protected and infection-free setting across clinical, academic and residential areas of the medical campus. Plan, coordinate and audit housekeeping activities while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and teaching-hospital accreditation standards.
Role & responsibilities
Daily Operations, prepare duty rosters covering wards, ICUs, OTs, OPDs, laboratories, kitchens, and public corridors.
Conduct rounds to verify cleanliness, equipment placement and signage.
Monitor Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Protocols & SOPs
Inspect temporary storage areas for leakage, odour, and pest control.
Follow Staff Training calendar
Biomedical & General Waste Management
Maintain documentation for NABH, Support internal and external inspections by public-health, university, and fire authorities
Inventory & Asset Control
Address cleanliness complaints
Maintain Safety & Emergency Response
Shift duties (24 7 rotation)
Must have positive communication and coordination skills with team handling capability
