We are looking for an experienced Budget & Planning Engineer with strong expertise in tendering, estimation, BOQ, budgeting, project planning, cost control, and project monitoring for civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Robust experience in tender preparation, tender evaluation, and tender documentation.
Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, and rate analysis.
Experience in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
Robust knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Experience in cost control and budget variance analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and construction-related software.
Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading drawings and quantity take-off.
Good analytical, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review tenders, BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis.
Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.




Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
Assist in tender pricing, comparison, and submission.
Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against planned targets.
Track actual project costs against approved budgets.
Identify cost variations and potential cost overruns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost and progress reports.
Coordinate with site, procurement, accounts, and project teams.
Monitor material, manpower, machinery, and other project costs.
Assist in forecasting project costs and maintaining cost control.
Maintain proper records of tender, estimation, budget, and project planning documents.
Provide management with accurate cost and planning information for decision-making.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
