Maintenance of Accounts in Tally.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assist seniors in Accounts Department to accomplish all work.
Pass expenses transfer entries from head office / pune office books to branch books.
Purchase bill booking, handle account payables and receivables.
Monthly Bank Reconciliation and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Preparation of Vouchers and Supporting Xerox.
Filling of all Vouchers in particular files on day to day basis.
Voucher numbering as and when instruction given by seniors.
Active participation in maintain/arrange/re-arrange/update of the accounting records and in transfer of the records from one place to another as and when instruction given by seniors.
Coordinate with site accountant to collect data of particular site.
To visit any site as per instruction given by seniors.
Assist seniors in tax compliance such as GST, TDS, PT, PF, Income tax and any other tax compliance as and when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
