About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, particularly in eCommerce operations, and a robust grasp of reconciliation processes, Tally, and compliance frameworks like GST and TDS. and order processing

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance in Tally
Payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, payment gateway, etc.)
Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts
GST return filing, reconciliation, and compliance
TDS computation, deduction, payment, and return filing
Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
Order processing

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Excel
Exposure to eCommerce accounting processes and order processing is essential
Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance




Experience in handling payment gateway reconciliation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines
Willingness to learn and contribute to the organisation

Preferred Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent
