Area Sales Manager (ASM) — Khel Detergent & Home Care | Uttar Pradesh & Bihar
Detergent/Home Care experience is mandatory — general FMCG applicants will not be considered.

The role: Lead territory expansion — appoint distributors, grow retail reach, and manage the sales team as Khel scales into current markets. Ground-floor opportunity to build and own your territory as the brand grows.
Key responsibilities:
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, wholesalers
Expand retail outlet coverage and product availability
Drive secondary sales and market penetration
Lead, train and manage TSI/Sales Officer team
Plan and execute beat plans and market visits
Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
Monitor distributor stock, collections, and schemes
Review territory performance and report to management
What we need:
3–8 years FMCG sales experience — Detergent/Home Care background mandatory, not general FMCG
Proven distributor appointment & expansion experience in Detergent/Home Care specifically
Strong UP and/or Bihar market knowledge — distributor and retailer relationships
Field sales team management experience
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Willingness for extensive field travel
Entrepreneurial, energetic, growth-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹46,000.45 - ₹78,315.89 per month
