Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & P&L;: Manage day-to-day store functions, inventory control, and overall store profitability.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise staff on product knowledge, sales targets, and customer service standards.
Customer Relations: Handle customer queries and resolve complaints regarding vision correction or products
Optical Dispensing: Advise customers on selecting frames, single-vision or progressive lenses, and contact lenses.
Stock and inventory Management :Check stock and inventory management on time.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
