HR & IR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR & IR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance in a manufacturing setting. The role involves managing recruitment, performance management, and statutory matters while maintaining positive relations among all stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and CTC negotiations.

· Handle employee relations, grievances, and Industrial Relations matters.

· Maintain positive relations between management, employees, and unions.

· Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliance.

· Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.

· Liaise with statutory and local authorities for compliance.

· Attend to legal matters as required by management.





· Manage employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

· Support performance management and training initiatives.

· Prepare HR MIS and management reports.

· Handle Workmen's Compensation matters and claims.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
