Core Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Plan daily delivery routes and organize driver timetables.
Communication Hub: Talk with drivers and field staff via phone or radio to give instructions.
Shipment Tracking: Use GPS tools to watch vehicle locations and update delivery times.
Problem Solving: Fix route delays, traffic issues, or scheduling conflicts quickly.
Record Keeping: Log daily activities, fill out dispatch papers, and create report.
Requirements and Skills
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: One to three years of work in logistics, transport, or customer service.
Computer Skills: Basic use of office software, GPS maps, and dispatch programs.
Soft Skills: Transparent speaking voice, patience under pressure, and robust multi-tasking ability.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
