Education: D.EEE
Experience: 2–5 years in utility maintenance
Skills:
o Robust knowledge of utility systems and preventive maintenance practices.
o Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
o Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
o Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on utility systems (water, HVAC, electrical, compressed air, etc.).
Troubleshoot and repair utility equipment to minimize downtime.
Monitor utility performance and maintain records of maintenance activities.




Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Assist in planning and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for utility maintenance.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
