We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, GST filing, invoicing, and Tally. Freshers with a basic understanding of accounting are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Assist with GST filing and maintain GST-related records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform basic reconciliation of accounts and financial records.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Work with Tally for accounting entries and record maintenance.
Support the senior accountant with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting work.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Basic understanding of GST and GST filing.
Knowledge of Invoice preparation and processing.
Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
