Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products and solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and product details.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cables, and other solar accessories.
Coordinate with the purchase, stores, accounts, and delivery teams for order fulfilment.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and develop repeat business.
Coordinate with dealers, electricians, EPC contractors, and installers.
Maintain customer and enquiry records and update sales reports/CRM.
Follow up on pending quotations, payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Stay updated about product specifications, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
