Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect, and pitch prospective franchise partners and investors to expand the Catalyst network.
Present business models, investment structure, revenue sharing, and ROI calculations to potential franchise leads.
Handle complete franchise sales funnel from lead generation, counseling, presentation to deal closure.
Conduct site evaluation and support partners during initial onboarding and setup.
Manage end-to-end legal documentation and Franchise Agreement execution.

Requirements:
Proven experience in franchise sales/expansion within Education, EdTech, or Skill Development sectors.
Excellent negotiation, B2B sales, and presentation skills.
Robust understanding of financial models and commercial franchise agreements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
